UX-1

UX-1 is an audiovisual composition made by superimposing different recordings of movement-sound interactions using VR controllers. Each recording explored different movement-sound mappings between the handheld controllers and various virtual instruments and effects, including granular synthesis, FM synthesis, filters and delays. The recordings are the raw material used to create the composition through hard cuts and chromakeying. There is no audio post processing on any of the takes, only hard mixes between the takes.
